  3. I have followed this from the beginning. She has given 3 different stories and inconsistancy after another. She doesn't know a lie from the truth anymore. She's the true definition of a sociopath. I just hope there's no doubt in the jurors mind and they sentence her to death like she deserves.

  4. I think she deserves the death penalty. She has given 3 different stories not to mention the inconsistancy on the stand. She is a sociopath and doesn't deserve life in prison. She is a cold blooded woman who in a jealous rage killed him. I feel sorry for anyone that knows this poor excuse for a woman.

  5. Just an observation, when Jodi puts her RIGHT hand up when she is "crying" notice she bends the ring finger on that hand and seems to then remember oops, wrong hand and switches. Have seen that several times.

  6. My question is...Jodi always stated that when Travis got angry, she always gave him sex to calm him down and it worked... Then Why didn't she offer it(SEX) when she supposingly dropped the camera?? She was just obsessed with him!! I think the working out and getting himself in great shape before his Cancun trip, really set her off! Hearts go out to Travis and his family!!

  7. If Jodi didnt write in her journal b/c of the laws of attraction, isnt it interesting that she just said she embraced the law of attraction 4-5 years ago... hmmmmm interesting

  8. If giving Travis "SEX" every time he got angry and supposingly calmed him down...Then why didn't she offer it to him after she said she dropped the camera and he became so angry?? LIES, LIES, LIES!I think him getting in better shape before the Cancun trip, is was really set her off! She has said so many bad things about Travis, and he is not here to defend himself. Heart goes out to his family and friends!

  9. I know this is not gonna be the 'popular'thought. I was with her at firs you know second chance and all thats me..the sucker!! We know she did it, she may be in another world but she knows she did it....but I thinkst she should at least get life not the death sentence. I know what about Travis's family...I know but what if it was the other way aroun andyour child. Death penalty not for us to decide as human beings.

  10. Just thinking about what Veronica, a lady who worked with Jodi, said about Jodi's obsession with Travis. She said Jodi didn't just want to be with Travis for the rest of her life, she "wanted to BE Travis". This brought the interviews she made in jail to my mind. Even though her fellow inmates described her to Nancy Grace as being a loner and not very talkative, her forthright, energetic and bubbly demeanor on the interviews reminded me of Travis and his personality. Kind of creepy. Notice that all of her friends are men. She visits, stays with, camps with, and asks favors from men. Where are the women in her life? Also, notice how the men in her life have some sort of baggage or weakness in their lives? She senses this and moves in for the kill. People are saying she didn't kill any of her other boyfriends, so why would she kill Travis. Because this relationship was much different. This was the man she wanted to marry, and HE broke it off with her, not the other way around. He was onto her, as shown in his last texts to her in May 2008. He even said he was going to tell all if she didn't tell the truth about some issue. He was very upset with her about something she had done to betray him. He goes so far as to indicate she is a sociopath and has psycho actions. She had to kill him. Ryan Burns was a lucky man, because he was next on her list; another successful, Mormon man to marry now that Travis was out of the picture. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

    1. So is she the one that only wanted anal and oral sex too? I'm sure she was in an abusive relationship and didn't know how to say no, but just my opinion. He was the one that wanted to sleep with other women and keep Jodi around with out telling her, but Jodi was honest and open about her actions with other men. We all in this world can have so many perceptions!

    2. I am so on the same page with you, if this were my brother, father and relative -- that courtroom would be the last place you would find me. Many focus on the event - how she did it - I personally think she was fed up with his XHIX. Cancun was a burner for her as well. She slashed his body like he slashed her heart, soul and character. He had a bad heart to say the "evil" things he said. What a liar - yes she is lying and it's kinda cute - cause the audience knows - I am a survivor of several male attacks -- I believe she should get life not the the death penalty maybe 40 years which would make her in her 70's when released; if she survives in jail she is a bit sarcastic as well -- ah, so am I. I know I would definitely have a few scuffs if it were me in jail.

  11. I hope someone writes a book about this because there's so much information about this murder and I can't keep up with all the details having not watched the whole trial. I doubt even watching the entire trial hels. Jodie tells SOOOO many lies...it gets confusing and one of her tactics I believe, it to totally confuse people..the jury...the prosecutor and anyone on-looking. Jodi is a sociopath and maybe a psychopath as well...I'm not a psychiatrist but I wish one would give us the low-down on this messed up killer and help the JQ public know what the heck was going on with her to brutally kill Travis? She could always have moved on to another man...but she chose to kill him and she may get the death penalty for that reckless act. Not that Jodie will be put to death by the state of Arizona die anytime soon...Nurmi will use up all the appeals which may take decades. Arizona has 3 females now on Death Row. I wonder if Jodie will become their buddy if she's incarcerated in the same prison? lol

  12. put the jury, the public, and myself out of misery. I can hardly bear looking or listening to her without wanting to reach through the TV. Inject her and shut her lying, vindictive, stalking mouth, once and for all time.

  13. I'm finding it extremely difficult to watch any part of trial of Jodi Arias. I see only evil when I see her face and am deathly afraid that Satan (whom she is personifying) will jump out into my living room. I know the defensive attorneys have a job to do but maybe they both ought to try living with this animal for awhile. Better yet...live with her and cross her.. OMG! This society is so warped. :(

  14. One of my biggest thing is... Jodi said that if a gun was pointed at her she'd stop. Well most likely you would, but if that was supposingly Travis gun and he supposingly new it wasn't loaded, then why would he stop? He'd over power her. Bottom line is, she brought the gun!
    She's COO-COO for Coconuts!

  15. Even if what she said is true (it is not) at some point while shooting someone in the head, stabbing them 25-30 times, and nearly decapitating them it ceases to be self defense and becomes murder !

    ReplyDelete
  16. The defense expert is pathetic in his attempts to put a positive spin on all of the lies Jodi told him. She goes into great detail about the assault by the strangers and he doesn't see it as significant that the whole story is bulls*&t ?

  17. The biggest discrepancy in this trial is that Jodi chose to go into the closet instead of down the stairs and out the front door. Jodi said she chose to go into the closet after running down the hall because she remembered the one time he held her wrists in that area and wouldn't let her leave. She was afraid he would catch her on the stairs. If she was really as scared as she said she was, I don't believe for one minute she even had time to think about this; the length of the hall was only a short run. She said she entered the closet because she knew it had an exit; yes, it exited right back into the bathroom, and the only exit from the bathroom was right back down the hall. At the time she entered the closet, she wasn't even sure Travis was chasing her, so why would she go back to the area where she last saw him? She also said she didn't remember the gun until AFTER she entered the closet. What was she going to do, play ring-around-the-closet with Travis? This is SO farfetched, that no one can believe anything else she has said.

    1. My conclusion as well regarding running into closet instead of downstairs and out of the house. She wasn't even sure if Travis was behind her; for all she knew he could still be in the bathroom, yet she ran into a closet that only exited right back into the bathroom where Travis might still be waiting for her. Someone in fear for their life would have hightailed it out of there down the stairs. Her explanation just isn't plausible. She is an habitual liar; unfortunately, this lie just doesn't cut the mustard. Guilty of first degree murder. Another little point I would like to make is that Jodie is not a petite 5 ft. 4 in. tall woman. She is 5'6" tall and weighed much more when she killed Travis than she does now. Just check out the photos from 2008. Travis was only 5'9", however he did weigh more than her. If Travis was really angry enough to kill Jodie, he could have done so easily. He was taken by surprise and attacked by Jodie, hence the defensive wounds on his body. They also proved on HLN that a woman of Jodie's stature could drag a man of Travis' stature down the hall and into the shower, even without the aid of a bloody, slippery tile floor. So please stop with all of the "how could a small, petite woman like Jodie drag Travis' dead body?"

  19. She planned all this , she thought maybe she could have sex with him to change his mind about not taking her, when that did not work she planned on Killing him !!!! The gun was her grandfather's and it was old and not in good condition she waited till he was sitting in the shower she shot him in the head, then the gun jamed , he got up was holding himself up at the sink spitting up blood she then took the knif and stab him in the back , he turned around and was trying to fight her off that is the cuts to his hands. then she stab him in the chest. at that point Travis is trying to get away from her he staggers down the hall running for his life ! he collapes and that is when she cut's his neck ! God help the court and give her the death , that she gave Travis !

    1. Regardless of whether it comes down to JA or Mormon (which it won't because it is a CULT and one she is a part of) She is a follower -- just exactly like the rest of us -- she followed TA in PPL and MORMONISM -- again either by desertion or other personal conviction on JA's part -- she or another Mormon committed this act which she was in some way a part of -- remember Rachel, well do you honestly think a woman is going to keep her mouth shut / knowing full well TA & JA were intimate???? NOT -- The acts she used are documented in Mormon faith -- research yourself http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cvwKhKtcOk

  24. Boom! Called it! How is Jodi stalking when Travis keeps talking, having sex, and so on with her! Total common sense if someone is being stalked they wouldn't want anything to do with them....or it's NOT called stalking! Win Win for the defense!!!!

    1. Maybe for the same reason an abuse victim stays with his/her abuser. Better to appease them than risk their wrath. Also, only 10% of men ever report or take restraining orders out on their stalkers.

  26. Way to go Nurmi! Why wouldn't Jodi use cash if she was trying to be incognito to premeditate murder? Because Travis's death was not premeditated! Nailed it Nurmi!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. She didn't want to pay cash because it would mean she would have to go inside to pay for the gas. She would take the chance of being recognized or caught on a security camera. She thought of nearly everything.

    2. I think someone would rather risk being "SEEN" then having their name recorded on "RECORD"? One way is trying to get away with something. While having your name on record is showing your not hiding anything. I kind of think it's common sense, but I guess it's how you perceive looking at the situation. If you're premeditating I don't think you would WANT to leave ANY trace?

  29. I waited to almost the end of the trial and I can honestly say Jodi Arias is innocent of premeditation murder. If at this point you think she deserves the death penalty then your just a cruel individual. I hope people truly learn how the judicial system works. Innocent until proven guilty. Good job team Jodi Arias! Nurmi your doing a great closing to save a life along with Willmont and defense witnesses! :)

  30. Did anyone notice Nancy grace sitting in the court room during closing statements?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Jodi ,yes she is a put on, puts on the tears ,emotions are just an act watch her closely and you can see how she turns on and off like a switch. She will turn her head but watch as she gradually glimpses at the screen, cause she wants to see the pictures of Travis, she wants to see the horrible knife wounds the gun shot in the face, she is proud of being so strong that she could inflict such pain on Travis.
Remorseful she is not, she cares that she killed Travis, she wanted him dead. That's what she went there to do. If she was no longer in his life ,there would be no one else in his life either. She would make sure of that. Travis would not go to Cancun, nor would he be in anymore relationships with other women. She is no basket case ,she is a selfish manipulative , evil, spoiled ,greedy, female wants to blame others for her failure as a person. well Jodi , you will get what you so deserve hopefully ,if the jury continues to get it right!! I pray that you die by the death penalty as it reads , but hopefully it will not take 12yrs to kill you.!

    ReplyDelete
  32. In the beginning and all along during the trial, I felt like I wanted her to get 'life without parole' so she would be able to have to 'see and think about this horrible thing she did and see the 'face' and relive the actions of killing Travis over and over and over every day and night !!! Now, since those who are living on death row for many years before the 'event'........... I think that would be a double punishment for her !!! Having to live all those days and nights with the reminders and then also having to anticipate her imminent Demise would be hell on earth !!!!!!!!!!
