Court began at approximately 9:25 a.m. and the following potential jurors were questioned: G-29; G-47; G-63; G-66; G-81; G-87; H-6. Juror G-81 was dismissed due to the fact he lived close to the crime scene. The remaining six jurors were told to return to court on Tuesday as they have been selected for further questioning.
The prosecution and defense are seeking 40 potential jurors for further questioning. Of the pool, six jurors and four alternates will be selected.
