Jodi Arias movie 'Dirty Little Secret' gets good reviews, will you watch the Lifetime film? (videos)

It may have arrived sooner than anyone expected, but on June 22, 2013, less than a month after a mistrial was declared in the penalty phase of the Jodi Arias trial, Lifetime premiered the movie "Dirty Little Secret." As we have yet to find out
Tania Ramonde portrays Jodi Arias in "Dirty Little Secret"
whether Arias will spend the remainder of her life behind bars or will be sentenced to death, it may seem the movie would leave unfinished business. That isn't the case though. The movie is actually well written and the acting is superb. You may find yourself weeping: however, during the murder scene that comprises the final portion of the film as the light of life fades from Travis Alexander's eyes. Those who followed the trial and knew of its horrific details may find the movie too close to home.

Jodi Arias will go down in history as one of the most evil women ever to walk the planet and the film doesn't take away from the hatred the public feels towards her.

What might be most interesting about the film is that as far as Lifetime movies go, the network known for increasing awareness regarding violence against women, readily tackled the true crime story in which Jodi Arias, a stunning blonde photographer stabbed her lover Travis Alexander 29 times, slit his throat from ear to ear and shot him in the head. The film clearly portrays Arias in the role of attacker and Lifetime had no trouble identifying Alexander as a helpless victim.

When the movie portrays Jodi Arias seducing Travis Alexander she grabs the remote, plays a song "Dirty Little Secret" and does a striptease for him, before leading him into the bedroom. While the film shows Travis Alexander was a willing participant in the sexual trysts between the two, you get the clear distinction that it was Arias who used her sexuality as a lure to steer him away from his principles and values and give into the temptation she made herself become for him. In an eerie scene that mirrored reality, Travis Alexander is seen sleeping after their night of sex while Arias scours through his phone.

Tania Raymonde did an excellent job portraying Arias as a creepy stalker who followed Travis Alexander into a men's restroom and would rather slaughter and butcher the successful Mormon, rather than lose him to another woman.

Are you going to watch the movie "Dirty Little Secret?"
