Slideshow: Jodi Arias trial April 25, 2013 (photos, videos)

On April 25, 2013, Jodi Arias returned to court for day 52 of her trial. It may prove to be the most damaging day for her defense.

Jodi Arias listens to testimony on April 25, 2013
Dr. Kevin Horn testified that there was no way that Jodi Arias shot Travis Alexander in his head last, as the wound would have damaged his brain within seconds and left him unable to defend himself from knife wounds. Travis Alexander was found deceased in his shower on June 9, 2008, by friends. His
body was naked, his throat had been slashed, there was a gunshot wound to his temple and he had 27 stab wounds in total. Additionally, there were defensive wounds to his hands.

According to medical examiner Dr. Kevin Horn, Travis Alexander would not have had the motor skills necessary to raise his hands and defend himself from multiple knife thrusts if he had been shot in the head first.

This testimony literally destroys Jodi Arias' claims of unintentionally shooting Travis Alexander in self-defense.
